Dwelling In The Secret Place
“He who dwells in the
secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the
Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My
God, in Him I will trust” (Psalms 91:1-2,
NKJV).
Do you know what it means to
dwell in the secret place?
Vines Expository Dictionary says it means to: sit, abide, inhabit,
and remain. The psalmist is
telling us that those who remain, takes up residence in the presence of
the Lord will find God as his shelter and place of
refuge.
There is no better place to be
while facing life struggles then the very presence of the Lord. Because in His presence we can be
strengthen and receive the encouragement we need to continue on our
journey towards healing and wholeness.
