Who Are We? Healing Love Outreach Ministries, Inc is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to ministering to the needs of hurting women. Our purpose is to minister life, hope and the healing love of God to women who are dying mentally, emotionally and spiritually; due to unresolved past hurts, wounds, dependencies, and addictive behavior.
